The Chase Bays Tucked Radiator for Mazda RX7 FD3S maximizes space in engine-swapped bays, enhances aesthetics, and boosts cooling efficiency with a higher fluid capacity, direct airflow, and dual-pass design. Track-tested for a decade, it fits under the core support with dual 12 fans, requiring minor cutting. The radiator now uses built-in fan brackets for better cooling and cost-efficiency, featuring high-powered 12 Chase Bays Ultra Duty Fans delivering 3,400 CFM. Proper relay wiring and fill point positioning are crucial, supported by the Dual Fan Relay Harness and Raised Inline Filler Neck. The modular, reversible design includes -20AN female threads for adaptable fittings without cutting or welding. A new fill point is created with the Chase Bays Raised Modular Filler Neck, aligning with the original height. Dual-pass design doubles cooling efficiency, and custom silicone hoses with Gates Heat Shrink Clamps ensure seamless installation. Pressure-tested to 30 psi, the radiator measures 27.25 wide, 13.5 tall, and 3 thick, making it an efficient solution for the RX7 FD3S.
